Job summary

• Demonstrates experience with and knowledge of program goals, work processes, and operations related to innovation within the medical center.
• Develops detailed plans and objectives for long-range implementation of Innovators Network and center goals.
• Executes a facility-wide communication plan to promote a culture of innovation.
• Conducts program evaluation, monitors performance, and aligns resources to deliver value to Veterans.
• Coordinates care with national stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
