COLSA Corporation seeks an Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Analyst to assess control systems supporting critical infrastructure and mission-essential assets for Department of War operations. On-site assessments, inventories, and stakeholder coordination are core duties.

You will review maps, architectures, and processes to document dependencies and risks, conduct technical research across the system lifecycle, and support audits and evaluations of OT/ICS

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship required; Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree in related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 16 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting OT, ICS, infrastructure assessments, or related technical environments.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS/FRCS/SCADA/BAS or similar control environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel ~15% for site visits and assessment activities.
• Ability to identify and analyze system dependencies, infrastructure relationships, and technical risks.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site assessments and inventories of OT, ICS, and FRCS components.
• Identify and document control systems supporting facilities and critical assets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify systems, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Review site maps and system architecture to develop workflow documentation.
• Analyze mission assessments to identify assets and risk.
• Document relationships among control systems, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Perform technical research across the system lifecycle (design to disposal).
• Support validation audits and technical evaluations of OT/ICS environments.
• Document data using program templates and repositories.
• Develop technical/operational reports for leadership on status and risk.
• Support additional technical assessments as required.
