Job summary

Peraton seeks an Operational Technology (OT) Criteria and Standards Analyst to advance cybersecurity assessments focused on PACOM OT and critical infrastructure. You will establish OT criteria aligned to DISA OT STIGs and identify anomalies, differentiating adversarial activity from system issues, while mapping PACOM OT networks and dependencies.

The role requires extensive OT cyber operations experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years with BS/BA, 10+ years with MS/MA, or 7+ years with PhD; HS+16 years possible.
• 4–6 years addressing OT cybersecurity best practices, threat landscape, and mitigation in SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, and other systems.
• Advanced OT expertise with cyber operations and defensive support for Army OT/critical infrastructure in the cyber domain.
• U.S. citizenship required; Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop OT-specific assessment criteria aligned to DISA OT STIGs.
• Characterize anomalous behaviors, differentiating adversarial actions from malfunctions and deviations.
• Provide comprehensive network mapping and analysis of PACOM OT and critical infrastructure control systems.
• Adapt DCDC's existing inspection criteria framework for OT environments.
