Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an OT and IC Network Administrator to advance cybersecurity for critical systems. You will conduct assessments, design security solutions, monitor threats, and mentor junior staff while supporting cross-group collaboration on complex OT/ICS networks.

Role requires 2+ years in network administration, Cisco/SEL switch experience, and ability to obtain clearance; a strong understanding of OT/ICS and network cabling is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with network administration.
• Experience with maintaining Cisco networking switches.
• Experience with maintaining SEL OT-SDN switches.
• Experience with maintaining network cabling infrastructure, including copper and fiber cabling.
• Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on existing infrastructures.
• Ability to author, interpret, and analyze technical documentation.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain IAT II Certification such as Security+ within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity assessments, security design engineering, and threat monitoring.
• Quality control of processes and products; mentor junior system admins.
• Provide support to working groups and committees as a subject matter expert.
• Resolve interoperability challenges and support hardware acquisition.
• Implement countermeasures, detect threats, and maintain cybersecurity posture of systems.
