Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an OT/ICS Network Administrator to contribute to a robust cybersecurity framework for critical industrial environments. You will perform network administration, security design, threat monitoring, and support for hardware and interoperability challenges to protect mission-critical systems.

The role requires 2+ years of network experience, familiarity with Cisco and SEL OT-SDN switches, plus a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with network administration.
• Experience with maintaining Cisco networking switches
• Experience with maintaining Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) OT-SDN switches
• Experience with maintaining network cabling infrastructure, including copper and fiber cabling
• Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on existing infrastructures
• Ability to author, interpret, and analyze technical documentation
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain IAT II Certification such as Security+ within 30 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity assessments and security design engineering for OT/ICS networks.
• Mentor junior system administrators and provide support to working groups and committees.
• Implement countermeasures, detect threats, and maintain cybersecurity posture of OT/ICS environments.
• Resolve interoperability challenges and support hardware acquisition for secure networks.
