Job summary

Patrick Industries is seeking a Manager of Operational & Physical Security to lead OT/ICS security and physical security programs across our enterprise. The role collaborates with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Security teams to protect critical infrastructure and manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in cybersecurity or OT/ICS security, hands-on ICS experience, and familiarity with NIST CSF and ISA/IEC 62443.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Criminal Justice, Physical Security Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, or physical security.
• Proven hands-on experience with Industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs), network segmentation and OT security architecture.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems (access control, surveillance), Incident response and crisis management.
• Experience in critical infrastructure protection of manufacturing or industrial environments; law enforcement, defense or regulated industries preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, GICSP or CPP.
• Preferred familiarity with NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT/ICS security and SCADA protection programs across the enterprise.
• Support secure manufacturing environments including PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and SCADA systems.
• Maintain IT-OT network segmentation and monitoring solutions for OT environments.
• Lead risk assessments and compliance activities with frameworks like NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF, and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses across IT, operations, and business units; disaster recovery planning.
