Patrick Industries is seeking a Manager of Operational & Physical Security to lead OT/ICS security, SCADA protection, and physical security programs across the enterprise. You will partner with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Security teams to safeguard critical infrastructure and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, information technology, engineering or a related discipline.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, or physical security.
• Hands-on experience with industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs), network segmentation and OT security architecture.
• Experience in critical infrastructure protection of manufacturing or industrial environments; regulated industries preferred.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GICSP or CPP preferred.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive OT/ICS cybersecurity strategy across the enterprise.
• Secure manufacturing and industrial environments, including PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and SCADA systems.
• Maintain network segmentation between IT and OT environments.
• Implement monitoring solutions for OT environments (e.g., passive monitoring, anomaly detection).
• Support vulnerability management and patching strategies for OT systems.
• Ensure resilience and availability of critical production systems.
• Maintain hardware and software portfolio for critical manufacturing systems.
• Enforce consistent policies across IT, OT, and physical facilities.
• Promote trust but verify in cyber-physical environments.
• Lead enterprise physical security initiatives (access control, surveillance, perimeter security).
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services; manage incident response for physical security events.
• Align cyber and physical security controls to reduce gaps; integrate access control with identity management.
