Santè is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered team in Chandler, AZ. You will instruct, motivate, and assist patients in mastering daily living activities under the Rehab Director’s supervision, applying evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Provide OT treatments per the treatment plan.
• Conduct screenings for new admitted guests.
• Coordinate treatments with guests, families, and care team.
• Implement and adjust treatment as outlined.
• Monitor guest responses to interventions.
