Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care settings. Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply; compensation is $36.00-$43.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification either required by state or as a credential.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are up to date.
