Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - FT to join our growing team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, create personal care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT-OTR certification required if state mandates.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
