We are hiring for both Full-Time and Per Diem roles, offering patient-centered care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.

The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide therapy to improve ADLs, strength, balance, and fine motor skills, while educating residents and caregivers and

Qualifikationen

• Current Texas OT license in good standing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate residents and create individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services based on goals and plan of care.
• Improve ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with COTAs, PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, doctors, and others.
• Participate in care planning and report progress to the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation timely.
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
