Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Canton, IL. The position is in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting with compensation of $36.00 - $43.00 per hour and a robust benefits package.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain regulatory documentation. Licensing and NBCOT certification are required or in progress as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification required or as determined by state.
• Degree from an AOTA-accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
