Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility in Illinois. Compensation ranges reflect market rates and include comprehensive healthcare, retirement plans, and online CEU opportunities.

You will evaluate and treat patients across functional, cognitive, and ADL domains, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain regulatory documentation, and ensure orders are current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR if state requires.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
