Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Traverse City, MI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, online CEU credits, and immigration support for H1B

Qualifications

Must have OT degree from AOTA-accredited program.
NBCOT OTR certification may be required by state.
Current OT license in the state of practice.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
Create and implement personalized care plans.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
