Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Traverse City, Michigan. Must be a licensed OT to apply; compensation is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/year, setting: Skilled Nursing Facility | Long-Term Care.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
