New grads welcome. Position is full-time with flexible start/end times and a wage range of $45–$55 per hour, with a $7,500 bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Hold a current MN OT license (OTR).
• Knowledge of state and local long-term care regulations.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques.
• Educate patients and families on care approaches and home modifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and other professionals for comprehensive care.
