Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Early Intervention Program—Per Visit, Bordentown/Browns Mills. This on-site, part-time role provides age-appropriate evaluation and plan-of-care updates within the rehab team.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, NJ license, CPR certification; for home care/heath staff, a valid driver’s license, registration and proof of insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE‑accredited program).
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey (OT).
• CPR certification. For home care/early intervention staff, valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy examination and evaluation to determine prognosis and plan of care.
• Assist manager with clinical and operational issues; work with rehab team to improve processes and utilization of services.
• Maintain evaluations, patient records, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with patient/family to provide education and resources.
• Collaborate with medical staff and teammates to deliver high-quality patient care.
