Job summary

A defense and technology services company is seeking a Test and Evaluation Specialist (C4I & Space) to support the U.S. Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Force. The ideal candidate must have over 4 years of military Test and Evaluation experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a salary range of $82,000 - $125,000 annually and includes numerous benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military Test and Evaluation experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Information Warfare at senior enlisted or department head level.
• Active U.S. citizen status required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OT&E programs for USN and Joint systems.
• Conduct test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
• Support cross-functional testing teams and ensure compliance with regulations.
