Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy is seeking an OT Cyber Security Engineer in Boulder, CO to secure operational technology environments including ICS, SCADA networks, PLCs, HMIs and manufacturing automation. You will implement OT-specific security controls, monitor for anomalies, and coordinate with IT Cybersecurity and Engineering teams to maintain security governance.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial security, OT risk management, and strong knowledge of OT protocols and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years with industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS).
• Experience designing OT network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.

Responsibilities

• Secure OT environments with protections like firewalls and zoning.
• Monitor OT networks for anomalies and unauthorized changes.
• Lead OT incident response in production environments.
• Maintain OT network diagrams, asset inventories, and system mappings.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations on cross-domain reviews.
