Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and implement security solutions for OT/ICS ecosystems, working with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk while maintaining operations.

You will contribute as an SME on active pursuits, support RFP responses, and help Accenture win new OT security work, balancing delivery commitments across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS environments
• Minimum 3 years with ICS technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs)
• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity (vulnerability management, IAM in OT, monitoring/IR)
• Minimum 3 years experience with ICS/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP)
• Minimum 3 years producing security deliverables and presentations for technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against frameworks (NERC CIP, IEC 62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2)
• Evaluate client security posture across Purdue Model layers and identify gaps
• Deploy OT-native security tooling and asset discovery tools
• Perform OT-specific threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps
• Support OT security program governance, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with client IT/OT, system integrators, and OEM vendors to drive outcomes
• Serve as SME on active OT security pursuits and contribute to proposals
• Contribute reusable assets and delivery excellence across engagements
