Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and implement OT/ICS security solutions with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will contribute as a SME on active pursuits, help win new OT security work, and balance delivery commitments while leveraging Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi, RunZero, and NetRise tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OT/ICS experience (electric utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
• 3+ years hands-on with IC technologies: SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, industrial protocols
• 3+ years in cybersecurity: vulnerability mgmt, identity/access mgmt in OT, monitoring/incident response
• 3+ years producing security deliverables and presenting findings to technical/executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); Associate’s +6 years acceptable
• Experience with OT network visibility tools and OT security sensor platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT security engagements across industrial environments
• Assess, design, and implement OT/ICS security solutions with client engineers and teams
• Evaluate security posture across Purdue Model layers and identify gaps
• Deploy OT-native security tooling and asset discovery tools
• Produce security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps
• Contribute to OT security program development, governance, and policy alignment
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors to drive outcomes
• Support SME activity on active OT security pursuits, including RFP responses and content creation
