Job summary

EQUANS IT Cyber Security Services seeks a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for OT and customer-facing solutions. You will be the security liaison between cyber security and OT/business units, owning security programs and driving secure onboarding of systems and partners.

You will lead security reviews, risk assessments, and documentation standards, ensuring alignment with compliance while collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in information security with 3+ years in OT/ICS security or customer-facing solutions.
• Experience conducting security design reviews, architecture assessments, and risk analyses.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS security standards and enterprise IT security frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for OT systems and customer-facing solutions with security assessment and approval.
• Define security requirements, network segmentation, access control, and identity management for OT.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal and IT to ensure vendor security baseline compliance.
• Maintain security documentation library and standards for OT environments.
• Participate in design reviews as security SME.
• Lead security reviews and risk assessments for changes and new solutions.
• Coordinate penetration testing and remediation tracking.
• Communicate residual risk to stakeholders and facilitate risk acceptance.
