Job summary

Peraton seeks an OT Assessment Lead to support PACOM J6 and establish the organizational foundation for ICT/SCADA-focused cybersecurity assessments across the PACOM AOR. The role leads a four-person OT pilot team integrated with a larger cyber assessments unit.

Based at Fort Meade, MD, you will oversee contract deliverables, develop OT‑specific criteria aligned to DISA OT STIGs, and coordinate with DCDC/DRSI workflows to advance Phase 1 through Phase 2 assessments.

Qualifications

• OT cybersecurity knowledge and best practices
• Experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity domains
• Understanding of OT/IT convergence in industrial environments
• Proven ability to develop OT assessment criteria

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-person contract teams' deliverables and performance
• Develop OT-specific assessment criteria aligned to DISA OT STIGs
• Adapt DCDC's inspection criteria framework for OT environments
• Integrate with DCDC DRSI workflows
• Coordinate Government acceptance of the OT Inspection Criteria Package (Del 15) - Phase 1
• Conduct assessments across AOR - Phase II
