Job summary

The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions at Benedictine Living Community-St. Joseph.

The role supports day shift operations with a 8 am-4:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and one weekend per month as required. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 paid out over 2 years is offered along with a robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
