Job summary

Santé of North Scottsdale is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide intermittent OT services in patients' residences. You will support treatment plans and documentation under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Applicants must hold a COTA license and an Associate's degree in occupational therapy; CPR and fingerprint clearance are required. The role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold COTA license.
• Associate's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
