Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Senior OT & Automation leader in St. Louis, MO to guide capital projects and industrial control systems across North America. You will drive roadmaps, coordinate with system integrators, and ensure cybersecurity and Industry 4.0 readiness at scale.

The role requires 5+ years in EIA environments, strong project management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while advancing safety, reliability, and efficiency metrics in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting operating assets in EIA environments as part of an owner’s team.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and system handover activities.
• At least 5 years of experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines in a project or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop site relationships and lead 5-year OT & Automation roadmaps for control system lifecycle health and modernization.
• Plan, design, and execute OT & Automation scope for capital projects; partner with corporate PMs on projects >$5M and work with system integrators.
• Maintain and improve industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA) and establish governance and Industry 4.0 strategies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to drive site improvements in safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
