Job summary

LGL Technologies seeks an Operational Technology Leader to architect the site's digital transformation, bridging industrial automation and data-driven performance. You will oversee plant floor systems, networking, and security, delivering high-impact projects aligned with global standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with plant leadership, and drive FP&R-based improvements to achieve operational excellence in a 2-site, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in plant floor systems, integration and automation in manufacturing.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Wonderware InTouch/MES and SQL Server.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Strategic OT management across plant floor systems, PLCs, devices and networking.
• Lead automation and controls projects from design to completion with global standards.
• Oversee OT network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and IT teams on project performance updates.
• Drive continuous improvement using FP&R and operational metrics.
