Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct Occupational Therapy services in the facility.
• Screen residents and determine best intervention per scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans and document progress and billing per plan of care.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and care team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in coordination with the team.
• Ensure CMS documentation standards are met daily.
