Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move.
• Develop individualized treatment plan.
• Coach patient and teach them therapeutic massage to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain patient records by tracking goals.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team about progress, barriers, and plans.
• Provide discharge summaries of services provided.
• Document regulatory and clinical information in electronic records.
• Participate in trainings, in-services and conferences.
• Able to supervise rehabilitation aides and/or students.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
• Active State Licensure
