Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy; Current active Occupational Therapy license OR a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license; Five (5) years of occupational therapy experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching in a community college setting; Experience developing related curriculum; Advanced degrees and/or certifications in the relevant teaching discipline.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work with diverse communities; strong oral and written communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses and prepare syllabi in accordance with college procedures.
• Meet classes as scheduled and provide timely feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate records and submit final grades as required by administration.
• Comply with college policies and mandatory training and maintain credentials.
