Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitative services to residents under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Maintains productivity/efficiency as directed by Rehab Director.
• Monitors therapy services and provides encouragement when necessary.
• Maintains patient occupational therapy records by recording progress and daily notes.
• Generates revenue by recording billing information of services rendered.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following facility policies and procedures.
• Maintains therapy equipment operation by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Adheres to professional standards, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Seeks opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
