Job summary

Wellsprings of Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program. The facility offers post-acute and geriatric care with a stable therapy team focused on recovery and compassionate service.

You will work under an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitation services to our patients. Candidates must graduate from an accredited OTA program and hold the appropriate state license/registration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising OT.
