Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Woodstock, IL is seeking a qualified occupational therapy assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will follow an individualized plan of care and assist patients with all phases of OT treatment.

You will document patient conditions after each visit, communicate with the supervising OT, Rehab Director and facility staff, and operate standard OT equipment to achieve excellent functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• OTA degree or certification from an accredited program.
• Licensed/eligible for OT Assistant credentials where applicable.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans developed by Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy with supervision from a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Aid in developing and implementing treatment programs based on patient needs.
