Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Highwood, IL. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will support treatment plans and help patients achieve functional outcomes. You will assist with all phases of therapy and document progress in charts after each visit.

You will communicate with the supervising therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure coordinated care and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Record patient progress and conditions after each visit.
