Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a qualified occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team in Illinois. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, documenting patient responses, communicating with staff, and applying standard occupational therapy techniques and equipment to promote functional outcomes.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
