Daytona Beach Health & Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (Full Time OTA) to provide patient-centered therapy in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and motivating patients to participate in therapy while adhering to the treatment plan.

You will document patient progress accurately, demonstrate competency with the computer system, and contribute to an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or current enrollment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy to patients in a SNF setting under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Offer therapy with respect, dignity, and privacy to motivate patient participation.
• Collaborate as an interdisciplinary team to determine patient needs and plans of care.
