Freedom Pointe at The Villages in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a PRN position with a flexible Weekdays and/or Weekends schedule. The role focuses on delivering individualized OT services to residents, with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Florida.
• Experience in SNF therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, treatment, program planning and implementation
• Communicate status updates to staff and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll
