Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA approved Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Certification/State Licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of a registered occupational therapist.
• Complete documentation according to established procedures.
• Contribute to professional development and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment plans and exercises.
• Communicate patient progress with the supervisor and health team members.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative support for therapy services.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain clinical knowledge.
