You will work with children and adults with ASD and developmental disabilities to build essential skills and independence, delivering individual and group sessions and caregiver education.

The role emphasizes culturally responsive care and collaboration with clinicians, families, and community partners in a Chinatown, Chicago setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Adaptive Behavioral Support (ABS) therapy and Early Intervention services.
• Assess behavioral needs and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and caregivers.
• Promote social-emotional development, sensory regulation and independence.
