Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in‑facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to patients across settings.

Collaborate with clinicians, adapt to patient needs, and help restore independence while upholding compassionate, high‑quality care standards. This full‑time position includes mentorship, CEU options, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
  • Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
  • Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You are a healer and a helper, focusing on the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities and independence.

You adapt to the needs of each patient, find joy in the variety of work and settings, collaborate with peers, and make referrals as needed to help patients thrive.

You put patients first; ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

Salary Range
