Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team, supporting patients in achieving independence and improved quality of life.

You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and collaborate with the rehab team under the Director of Rehab. The role offers mentorship for new grads and access to free CEUs through Medbridge, with visa sponsorship possible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well.
• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Adapt to the needs of each patient, support independence, collaborate with peers, and ensure high quality service.

You will adapt to the needs of each patient, support their independence, collaborate with peers, and ensure the highest quality of service.
