Responsibilities

Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location/work environment: In facility

Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients recover. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You are a healer and helper, focused on addressing the whole patient as an individual. Your goal is to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.

You should be adaptable, collaborative, and patient-centered, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
