Job summary

Brightpoint is seeking a Youth Evolvement OSY Specialist to recruit, enroll, and support eligible youth to achieve academic success and career readiness. The role provides case management, guidance, and program coordination in line with WIOA youth requirements.

The position involves working in Adams, Allen and Wells counties with hours 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, and some nights/weekends. Starting salary is $51,480 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in social service case management preferred.
• Experience working with youth and understanding adolescent development.
• Must have valid Indiana driver's license / transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one case management and initial client assessments.
• Develop individual work plans to move youth toward self-sufficiency.
• Monitor progress with regular follow-up and home/office visits.
• Recruit youth referrals from partners and community resources.
• Maintain WIOA documentation and data entry daily.
• Assist youth to enroll in HSE and pursue employment or training.
