As a Bartender, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful beverages, personalized service, and a warm, engaging presence.
This part-time opportunity is perfect for an experienced bartender looking to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment during evening service hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
Engage with guests at the bar and in the dining room to ensure a warm, customized experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift.
Follow all responsible alcohol service standards and verify guest identification as needed.
Accurately process orders and payments using the point-of-sale system.
Assist with bar setup, restocking, side work, and closing duties.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and positive atmosphere.
Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support smooth, efficient service.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Previous bartending experience required; fine dining or high-volume preferred.
Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktails.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Alcohol awareness certification preferred (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
