Qualifications

• PhD in cancer biology or a closely related field.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and cancer assays.
• Experience with mouse cancer models.
• Strong molecular biology skills (PCR, qPCR, Western blot).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute hypothesis-driven studies on osteosarcoma.
• Investigate tumor microenvironment and neural signaling mechanisms.
• Develop osteosarcoma cell culture systems and perform drug response assays.
• Conduct in vivo orthotopic osteosarcoma models and imaging.
• Analyze data and prepare manuscripts and grant materials.
