Qualifications

• D.O. degree required; teaching in academia with 2–5+ years preferred.
• Must have Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Teach OPP course as table trainer and deliver lectures to first and second-year students.
• Instruct in Clinical Examination course and serve as PBL facilitator when needed.
• Supervise Simulation Lab and assist with course preparation and syllabi.
• Interview prospective candidates and participate in committees.
• Develop educational tools (A/V, lectures, lesson plans) and coordinate with faculty.
• Prepare student evaluation tools and assist with student outcomes.
• Contribute to institutional fundraising and scholarship activities.
• Represent LECOM in the community and attend team meetings.
