Performance Rehabilitation & Regenerative Medicine (PRRM) is a New Jersey based comprehensive, orthopedic, outpatient organization with 4 clinic locations, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, and corporate headquarters in Bridgewater. Now in our 24th year our vision is one of continued growth.

Successful candidates would work closely with our team of Board Certified, Fellowship-trained physiatrists and our team of interdisciplinary rehabilitation specialists. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations, to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing OMT techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function.
• Provide patient education on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic exercises to optimize treatment outcomes and prevent recurrence of musculoskeletal issues.
• Collaborate closely with our team of MD’s, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes.
• Stay informed about advancements in osteopathic medicine and OMT techniques through continued education and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with your team to lead your patients through their treatment journey, leading to mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• One year Fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families and positive bedside manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and clinic staff.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Adaptable and responsive to change with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
