Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate across engineering, product, marketing and vendor partners, align on scope, manage dependencies, and drive on-time delivery.

You will own the full lifecycle from definition to implementation, track milestones, run stand-ups and reviews, and prepare executive updates. Requires 10+ years, strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Extensive experience using MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams and dependencies — Sync with engineering, product, marketing, and vendor partners to align on scope and hand-offs.
• Track status, dates, and risks — Update project committed dates and milestones; monitor health indicators and risk logs.
• Run meetings and drive action items — Facilitate stand-ups, program reviews, and breakout sessions; assign owners and follow up to closure.
• Manage scope and escalations — Assess scope changes, weigh schedule/resource impact, and elevate to leadership with options when triggers are met.
• Prepare stakeholder reporting — Build leadership-ready updates emphasizing production release dates and business value milestones.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation; ensure meeting scope, cost, schedule and quality measures; develop plans and drive milestones.
