Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 2 in the United States to drive complex projects in telecom OSS/BSS and Java-based environments. You will lead stakeholder collaborations, manage budgets, and guide teams to deliver on time and within scope.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate across multiple client engagements, with potential relocation or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective.
• Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.
