Job summary

Broadband Telecom Services is seeking an experienced subcontractor to perform underground telecommunications work at diverse construction sites in Aledo, Texas. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role is a 1099 sub-contractor with strong emphasis on safety, communication, and on-site leadership. Experience reading construction prints and maps is essential; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of underground construction experience.
• Thorough understanding of plans, specifications, maps and construction prints.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent people skills.
• Comply with and enforce safety policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

JOB CLASSIFICATION: 1099 Sub-Contractor

LOCATION: Aledo, Texas

JOB DESCRIPTION

The sub-contractor will perform tasks involving underground telecommunications work at various construction and service sites. Most important skill will be communicating with internal & external teams to make sure all projects are on time and within budget.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of underground construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of plans, specifications, maps, construction prints and responsibilities as directed by BTS management
• Customer-service oriented & have excellent people skills
• Comply with and enforce company's safety policies
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required
• Must be able to pass background check
